Sipi Care Agency strongly believes in the concept of investing  back and helping the local community work force. Getting people Back into full and part time employment. We run a work placement programme targeting people from the WLA (WEST LONDON ALLIANCE  areas. Offering the opportunity to shadow our qualified staff in order to gain first-hand experience of the care services.

This opportunity is open to all graduates in social and health studies from the  WLA communities (Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow)

We are a Care Worker/Social health worker/Care assistance/Care support workers to join our company.We supply Care workers to individual private clients at their residential home with the focus of supplying a friendly effective care service  that  is tailored to the individuals care plan and life style. We maintain a very high standard of service in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We are always looking for people that put the personal touch and place great pride in the work and service that is provided or offered to our individual clients.

We are looking for Experienced Carer and Care assistants who have a friendly approach to the care work.

Care Workers Wanted Right Now:

We currently looking for Care workers / Care Assistants for  Care placement in the Borough of Harrow with immediate start.

To provide personal care and help to adults and the elderly service users

In their home environment.

.Competitive pay rates and bonus

.Paid weekly

.From 3 hours to 50 hours per week

.Suitable for care givers who want to work short or long hours

.Must have a minimum NVQ  level 2 in Health and Social Care

.Care giving experience is an advantage

.Having a full driving licence is a bonus
